Returns:

At The Jewelry Source, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return your ring. To facilitate this process, we offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order for any unworn, unaltered, and non-customized items. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for returned items, and customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item at our shop. For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered returns. If you wish to return a custom-made item, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Size Exchanges:

We offer a seamless size exchange service for your original order within 30 days of receipt, provided the ring is unworn, unaltered, non-customized, and non-engraved. There is a 20% restocking fee for the item that didn't fit. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels for the original ring's return. You'll need to send the original ring back to our shop. Contact us to initiate your size exchange, and we'll send you a sizing authorization form. The ring should be shipped to:

If your return is for a special occasion, please inform our customer service team so that we can work closely with you to ensure you receive the new size in time for your event.

Cancellations:

We kindly request that you request a cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase, as we commence work on your custom rings promptly.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original order back to our shop for resizing or returns and bear the associated return shipment costs. For your convenience, please use a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered returns. Please be aware that no refunds are provided for size exchanges that have already been processed. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
